ok.

POETF is a over the counter stock.

NASDAQ changes everything regarding who can and cannot short.

I'm surprised there is not a requirement for a greater float as a listing requirement.

Regardless, if it were to be 50M shares on the NASDAQ, you could easily assume massive volatility with a company like this...no shares available to smooth things out.....
