We better panic because this was posted on Friday after the close and they knew damn well what we would think of it. Hence, that means to me they didn't have the guts to put it out during the week. I am not a happy camper and yes I've seen this many times before and I remember it going well in only one of these occasions.

Another thing, why reverse 5-1. Why not reverse split 2-1 to satisfy Nasdaq. And don't kid yourself it they say 5-1 it's not going to be less.
