Lee's short term need for cash??? For god sakes who needs $1.5 million in cash in the short term??? This is absolutely outrageous, I don't have words for this stupidity and poor timing. What will this look like to the market, regardless of the real reasons behind it? No one can provide a good reason for needing $1.5 million in cash and giving away 700k+ shares in a company that is supposed to be many multiple of that soon.

And someone suggested it could be Mark. How could Mark cease to be an insider so soon? A week or so (SEDI July 1st) is still no difference in terms of insider knowledge of whats currently going on in the company, and selling that many shares would still be acting based on insider information. So i highly doubt it could be Mark and makes no sense.

I am disgusted that they would allow this to happen. Some things never seem to change and the damage to the reputation of this stock is irreversible, for the same reasons people aren't forgetting what happened in 2011. People are already gun shy in terms of putting their money into a vulture exchange stock, and this certainly won't help matters.
