Everyone needs to take a step back and look at this logically.

2 years ago Mark joined the BoD and turned this company around (with Peter).

Yesterday it was announced that Mark had resigned from the BoD after 2 years of very hard work, probably many sleepless nights, and in-turn we have seen PTI get transformed into a viable concern, with a clear strategy to monetization and POET on the cusp of a MAJOR PDA arrangement.

During this 2 year period Mark earned peanuts from a salary perspective !!!

Oh ... and let us not forget the SP has increased from $0.23 to circa $2 with what appears is much, much, much more to come.

So ... if it is Mark, he is no longer under any obligation to NOT SELL, so I say congratulations to you, enjoy your well earned profit and thank you for the impact you have had on the company and my investment.
