Of course we all wish Dr. Taylor well but the last part of your post sounds very disrespectful. It's connotations suggests it is for our own financial gain. I think you should chose your words a little more carefully.

At least change the "we" to "I" so that it doesn't make it look like you're painting us all with the same tacky paintbrush.
