CC told me if you want to stay at the hotel near POET (on UCONN campus) you should make a reservation ASAP as it fills up. There are hotels also nearby at Manchester etc that could be used. As far as I understand I don't think you need a reservation for the AGM but given these announcements it may be wise to drop CC an email saying you will attend in person. I asked CC for the agenda and he said it would be included in the shareholder package that would be sent out so maybe there may be something in the SH package that lets you reserve? Others who attended last year may have more info.
