... at $500k/year salary -- in addition to his $3.5MM in options, I certainly hope so!

I'd like to think he'll define his value target as

i) $50/share or more (at today's f/d)

ii) within 18mos (ie, by the closure of his vesting period).

*that* would be a reasonable goal (not to mention, puts $100MM in his own pocket)
