The more i think about Bcd's comment about "the options" the more sense it makes to me. Let's say news does not come out until AGM or later and we stay around $2/share. No problem giving management options at $2/share. Lets say news comes out before AGM and sp shoots up dramatically, exponentially. Try offering those same options at 2 bucks a share and see what will happen. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for management and there chance to get what they can. More power to them, my opinion, as long as they can move this great company to where we all think it should be will make me happy enough. If we have to wait a little longer to see the graft go from the low on the left to the high on the right and beyond I'll be more than satisfied.
