Having spent several years on the management committee of a large corporation, I have seen how important it is to manage the expectations of your employees, customers, stakeholders, and the market. While there may be lots going on behind the scenes that those same employees, customers, stakeholders, and the market may not be privy too, it does not lessen the need to manage expectations.
I have little doubt in the technology. I have little doubt about the team in place.
I just have to trust they execute better than they manage expectations.
