how an electron beam litho machine works?

here's one of the training manuals (pdf) for a JEOL JBX9300.

don't know what model is in the UConn lab, but shouldn't be too hard to find out.

... who had the import/export search links from years ago? should be able to find UConn's new one coming into the country.

or just wait and look at the sticker on the thing during post-AGM tour.
