All- Last fall POET was specifically asked to make the product at 100NM or smaller by "an entity"....who this entity is, only insders know.

Therefore the 100NM is very signficant as it will allow the most common/current semi conductor chip equipement used today to make POET (without major retooling or new purchase costs).....in addition it satisfies that entity's requirement.

100NM reaction could be high, very high, medium...we don't know but what is really interesting what happens next with the "entity".....
