Dear Hollydurg
Never mind hollydurg, it took me a while to spot but I think your new word might actually be a contender for the New Oxford English Dictionary if enough people use it; it has a twist I much enjoyed.
Such twists of words have interesting effects, it reminds me of a conference I attended in Hong Kong. The key-note speaker was explaining that the recent market problems were the result of fluctuations. He repeated the fluctuations point a number of times pointing at a graph. Each time he said it, the Chinese gentleman on my table became more and more agitated, eventually on the third occasion, the gentlman stood up ubruptly, knocking his chair over, and angrily stormed towards the exit, turning he shouted at the speaker,"and fluc you British too".
He obviously 'misconscrewed' what fluctuations meant. Yes somethings are lost in the use of English but others are improved.
I'll accept a tempory ban but its a good story.
