Dr. T seems very confident in his technology and may well get ahead of himself with what can be achieved in what time frame. Unfortunately this exuberance seems to be what target dates get based on. It does appear to be a fairly predictable pattern that the targets are too often missed by a considerable margin. Maybe a good idea to add a sizable chunk of lee way to the timelines before management commits them to the market.

It would be nice if we get a NR soon in regards to successful completion of 100nm, but I'm not holding my breath.
