Agree IAM,

Just a thought though if anyone has experience with this,...

The Record Date for voting as shareholder is set as July 2nd. Is this significant? Would POET hold off big news until this date for whatever reason?

Further, July 2 is a Wednesday. Maybe news the week of July 7?
