They need 2 $ for 30 or 90 days stable, or 4$ and closing 3 $ for several days but the biggest hurdle is that they have no turnover which is required as i read the at least 750.000 $ and i am not shure payments from US Force/NASA/BAE are approved as income:

I am convinced it will support the Shareholder and PPS after listing immediately!
