OTCBB vs. Nasdaq

A while ago Andech asked in the forum, why POET ist listing at OTCBB. If I remember correctly, we did not find a good answer for that. POET spent a lot of money on that - but I don't see any advantage about bein listed at OTCBB. Anyone any thoughts on that?
