Whether or not 100 nm has been accomplished is speculation until formally announced, although that recent "article" is promising. Keep in mind that even though the annual report was published June 6, it was written well before that, I would assume (IMO). In other words, anything in the annual report would likely not be up to date (in terms of weeks).
