Agreed, Aves99, management should eventually help the share price rise. It is just that management and you seem to disagree on how this should be done. Peter Copetti pointed out at the ECC that his focus is on execution. Or, as I'd like to put it, to bring POET to the streets, i.e. to bring POET chips into the smartphones, tablets, and PCs, into the data centers, into the cars, and into all those specialized boxes like sensoring devices on the smaller vertical markets.

Agreed, Aves99, publishing Pellegrino 2 would boost the share price. However, it would not be sustainable unless real deals are closed and real money comes in. So why not focus on the latter in the first place in order to achieve sustainability earlier! The share price will follow automatically.
