It is a good app. I have used it a number of times. They also have growing revenue stream and expected future growth in new markets. They have been in business for some time and been successful at it. Not saying that it is worth the premium.

Main point is that once POET can demonstrate revenue and profit potential thru its licensing and partners it will have real market value.
