I'm curious, given the estimate of 41M shares held by this board, were you able to get any sense as to who of the bunch would hold out for a larger payout rather than say a 3 bagger (number picked at random - which in itself could be viewed as quite large but considering the potential of PTK highly undervalued should the technology gain acceptance)?

This to me is an important question because as 41M on a fully diluted basis represents ~20% of shares, should an offer be made in this range this could allow for a hostile takeover at a lower payout than most of us here are anticipating.

This in an upside scenario remains a great concern to me as no Shareholder Protection Plan has yet to be unveiled. Anyone, please feel free to correct me if i'm misguided in my concerns or to upease my fears.
