Bluecollar, Rob based it off outstanding shares, not fully diluted:

"With 159,341,709 shares out as of this date, the polled forum total represents ~25.6% of the company."

Fully diluted is ~ 214 million so closer to 19% for this board. Either way its still impressive.

Also regarding this statement: "Also include the insiders who have shown no desire to sell at these levels."

Unless you are just referring to Sheldon, true insiders are unable to buy/sell at this time due to the blackout.
