The Company incurred substantial legal and accounting fees related to the preparation and filing of Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”). Legal fees relating to this SEC filing were $170,000 and accounting fees were $36,000. The filing of the Form 20-F occurred in February 2014 and was the first step in the Company’s plan to register the Company’s securities on a U.S. exchange.
