I agree with mack,

Given that (i) AGM is nearing (ii) extension for MS8 was for one additional month only (iii) and the doctor's comments in recent article, MS8 is already or will be achieved by the EOM. In my opinion, the news should be released prior to month end.

Call me an optimist but many signs point to this occuring in my opinion. Hopefully, this news comes with a PDA as well.
