Don't assume that only PC is driving this car. I think the key Board member driving strategy is Dr. Adam C who has extensive experience in both running a semiconductor firm and M&A activities. There is no doubt he is the one who influenced the existing company management last year to switch from straight buyout to developing the company to initial licensing.
