Looks to me that because they inserted on their website, they must've approved/acknowledged that they achieved the 100nm either way, written 4 weeks ago or yesterday.

The only party poopers are the people who tendered their shares recently as they will leave a lot of cashola on the table.

That was a great article, hope lots of eyes are on it.
