I like the technical depth of this article. I like this comment from the new article:

"Further scaling of our device portfolio is required. That should not prove too tricky, as based on our preliminary work on logic devices with 100nm feature sizes, it is clear that our devices will also scale down to 15 nm and even 10nm - just as silicon is doing now."
