Thanks dash for pointing out that the problem is merely awaiting a patent application, and not a solution! The team has already licked the problem and is seeking to expand out IP portfolio even further!
As for the patent applications, I think they remain unavailable to the public until they are appproved. For that reason I am expecting those two patents that recenly appeared in the applications database to be given a patent number, making them offically approved.
