Fairchij: Scary do you really think these are "aggressive estimates to appease investors" Or are they what the technical people believe are best guess of when the targets will be meet. I think they are providing the best information they can.

Yes, these estimates are the best guess the technical people can make. However! Experience tells us that estimates made by technical people tend to be too optimistic. Multiply their estimate by 1.5 for experienced techies or 3.0 for newbies and you have a much safer bet.
