People are forgetting that the new Pellegrino report could be released any time. I don't think that is something you would want to be on the sidelines for and should keep positive momentum going forward.

That said, they said 100nm at the end of Q4 2013, then end of Q1 2014, then during Q1 they said end of April, and now end of June. There is no guarantee there won't be yet another delay on top of the 3 already. I appreciate this is very complex, but if it is, how could they ever justify putting a timeline of Q4 2013 initially, leaving them with only 3 months or so to complete as an initial target? Thats what I don't get. They are shooting themselves in the foot by doing so. When they announce something like 100nm in fall of last year, they need to better assess the technological challenges and account for risk in their estimates. I'm faced with that every day in my work and aggressive estimates like that appease investors initially but in the end keep leading to disappointment and break some trust.... I find its always better to be pleasantly surprised.
