Or for that matter when POET is given the green light to announce the results of MS8.

FJ this statement would suggest that MS8 is complete. How do we know that for sure? Or; have they made an announcement that I missed? I still cannot see one reason why they couldn't say that it's "mission accomplished" or something that would not compromise any licencing deal. Why would they need permission to make such an announcement unless they have buyout offer on the table???
