If they made statements like " we're working on getting the size down to 100nm but don't know when" that could mean anytime, a month, a year, 2 years.

No,personally, I like what they're doing and would rather think they're holding up news for reasons other than commitments not beng completed like perhaps 'would be' partners controling what can be released and when it can be released. Or even if they haven't finished, at least we have a general idea what time they will. I think a lot will be concluded before that AGM and that's getting closer everyday. They set the time for it and I think they will have lots of things to discuss , lots of good things. JMO
