''BAE SYSTEMS and ODIS will each own an undivided 50% joint interest in Joint Intellectual Property'' (i.e. patents resulting from the Joint Development Program).

I know I have my lack of skill in English, I could be wrong. But I am questioning the fact that they may have developed some new patents in the Joint Development Program that need to be used in the POET platform.
