Yes, 3 to 4 months for completion, Cheapinski, but the NR said nothing about publication. So we don't know when Pellegrino II will be published – or if at all.

Since POET Technologies has not yet discovered the "underpromise and overdeliver" scheme, I am trying "underestimate and oversurprised" instead.
