I have good and bad news for you, Ahasja. The good news: Real time trades are available at http://www.stockwatch.com/Quote/Detail.aspx?symbol=PTK®ion=C. The bad news: only for the first 15 minutes of a trading day. Well, still better than nothing.
Real time quotes are available at the German Tradegate Exchange at http://www.tradegate.de/orderbuch.php?lang=en&isin=CA73044W1041. You can average bid and ask and convert the result from EUR into CAD and you will get a good resemblence of what happens at the TSX.V. Not perfect, but also better then nothing.
