Your arguments are circular in nature and are getting us nowhere.
There's a wonderful phrase used to describe a condition that occurs in Von Nueman architecture, where one instruction is waiting for the input of anouther that will never come, the result is 'blue screen' in nature as the program running locks up, its more beautifully described as ' a deadly embrace'.
I am sorry but the feel of your thread is best described by the term 'deadly embrace' and I am utterly confused about what you are really trying to achieve other than disruption. Risk acceptance is a very peronal matter. Comment about it by all means but don't ask others to set your own acceptance level.
The standard solution for this problem in the British Army's IBM mainframe was called BRB. The Big Red Button i.e.turn it off and start it again. It worked most of the time.
