You are hitting on a lot of great points. Maybe that is why they have taken so long to finalize the licenses that they are working on. Given their prior USA Defense funding do they have to go thru some prior approval process with them to ensure protection of the POET "secrets" and ring fence the parts that are particularly sensitive?

It is also very difficult and time consuming to negotiate mutiple agreements in parallel when you have the issues that you mention that need to be properly addressed.
