Can they just state that Moore's law as refered to Si is dead. We will now use that same law and refer it to GaAs and call it Taylor's Law since he invented (discovered) it. Taylor's law has a bright future and will last for many years.

Moore was king and Moore's law ruled

Now Taylor is crowned king and and Taylor's law will rule.

Long live the King and may he make us all rich LOL
