Not too familiar with all the technical stuff but is it possible that they are trying to get 100nm to work on this 8 inch wafer or is that something totally different. I just remember the Dr saying they were working on the 8 inch and don't know if the 2 go together and if they do maybe then we'll get a news release when perfected.
