Steve what makes you expect news by next Tuesday specifically?

I personally expect an update this week. Particularly since it was stated that with respect to this milestone they were ahead of schedule.

If they were already anticipating sending out NDAs then my guess is they would have anticipated at least being able to provide investors with some form of an update after stating the above regarding being early. Then again, they may have released the prior statement to appease investors once NDAs were signed and no news could be released until a later date.
