His Company Serverworks, a chip designer sold to Broadcomm for $1.6 billion. It was because his chip captured half the market share for IBM Blade server chips. His Company at the time had about 12 people just like POET.

At the end of the day, the stock and share price will take care of itself. For POET, the chip will or it won't work. My role then switches to building out earnings scripts and financial press releases because the Company in theory would have transformed into a revenue generating going concern. At that part IR moves to disseminating material information.
