Dear Kath,

we have had this discussion in Germany in Wall Street Journal and i was writing even if we would have one, it will help nothing because:

- you cant organize this with shareholder from all over the world

- it will make things complex (you will have to pay a hell of money to fix all issues)

- even if you could organize, it will have no benefit as it is not provable by a lawyer

- who should speak with one voice,

- with which approval for each decision on a shareholder meeting ???

- last but not least,

- behind POET Vison is such huge money that even a lawyer could be buy over target

So for me it was not really a solution... sometimes you have to believe!
