Your point on scale is a good reference point. There is a difference between Cisco and Intel vs PTK as PTK has a unique product that radically changes the playing field if successfully brought to market. Granted Cisco and Intel have products, revenue and history on their side. However no other manufacturer or inventor has disclosed (that we know of) that they have a product or patents that coud compete with PTKs main product. PTK also has the patents and we know what some patents in this field have sold for. This could be a truly disruptive product taht sets the benchmark for a lot of computing devices etc. Not saying that the $70 is around the corner but if PTK plays this right and gets competing bids as others here have said the comparative value of certain software buy outs compared to PTK would seem to say at this point n time higher values and premum above basic values might be paid to control th eproduct for market share and competitive reasons.
