Well, in Austria we have a famous Word:

Donaudampfschiffahrtsgesellschaftskapitän (Capitan of the Company which makes Cruises on the Danube)

And the longest Word in german should be:

Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz (Sorry, i can't even expalin this Word)

Both Words are for real ;-)
