If we don't get a PR Monday probably means a slower progress on the main issues than planned ie M8, P2, and partner licensing deals. They may have hoped that the deals could be negotiated and finalized by the time they got to EC but sometimes these deals take longer especially if you are doing your first deals and multiple deals in parallel. (Parties may want favoured nations, exclusivity, ROFR or other issues covered off that could cause recycles). So we may have to wait a bit longer
