the half cent increments is indicative of a US-based brokerage involved in the trade. While the trades are being executed on the venture, the system apparently allows the half cents but only when it is to the benefit of the other side of the trade.

For example, if you put a bid in at 2.20 and the US seller wants to give it to you at 2.195, the order system on the venture will allow it.
