If Russia wanted to send troops in the Ukraine, they would have done it already, and killed thousands.

They haven't fired a shot, nor will they until/if absolutely necessary.

Canada has no business meddling in the Ukraine; why he was speaking to the EC can only be speculated as assuring Canadian business all is well.
