I think its probably not needed. I think that the BOD's interests are tied so directly with ours that what serves them, serves us, and vice versa. And I could add that they have performed above expectations so far.

I also think that there is little we can do about the big independant shareholders and their whims and wishes.... association or not.

I might be proven wrong, and not saying that any group we form would cause concern, but I've seen shareholders groups that do have negative impact. Still, I will go with the consensus and support an adhoc assn., if one is formed.
