Andrea I think people consider this idea to be like some union demanding something. Rob is probably right and the company has been so good to us that we really do not need it at this point in time. Although I have seem many insidences with companys that I wish you were there with that idea LOL.....So I'm sure your idea is much like the language thing we had with Maing, It's just a misunderstanding (your intent being to help the company and shareholders). Maybe it should be left on the shelf only to be taken down if needed. That will probably never happen but nice to have it sitting there if, indeed, we do need it.
