The usefulness/accuracy of any poll (statistic) is determined largely by its sample size (read: the more the merrier), hence, I want a full month after the 28th.

Going thru the entirety of May gets those PTK buyers (existing or new) who may have picked up from the go-away crowd (or who've sold non-PTK, in order to re-allocate into PTK).

The reason for doing a "participants-only" weekly distribution of interim-totals on Saturdays in May is at least twofold: (a) to satisfy the "want it now" folks, and (b) to provide some incentive to participate early in the first place.
