proxy voting is available, but it's perhaps too early to think about collective voting.
as with elections in general, it's primarily more important that people actually make the effort to cast their votes in the first place (!!!), and that doesn't need a shareholder association, it just needs an improvement to individual levels of inertia.
AGM is in August, so we don't know what the issues (if any) would be, or whether any would be controversial enough to call for a grouped defense or collective influence.
right now, I believe we have an enviously positive informal avenue for our voice, via Chris.
organizing something more formal really doesn't seem necessary.
if/when we see the fabled new SRP, we can re-examine the thought.
